The Host Labs guest app is for guests of Host Labs Homestay, Bhimtal: everything about your stay, before you arrive and while you are here. Sign in with the phone number on your booking; there is nothing to install.

What the app does

• Your booking: Dates, rooms, check-in and check-out times, directions to the house and the Wi-Fi once you are in.
• Order food: The kitchen menu and our partner restaurants, brought to your room and added to your bill.
• Ask for anything: Housekeeping, a cab, a bike, a bonfire or a doctor, with live status.
• Explore Bhimtal: Places nearby, with distances from the house, and partners who look after our guests.
• Your bill: The live bill for the stay, paid by UPI, and your invoice when you check out.
• Book again: Your past stays, and direct booking with the app offer applied.

How to sign in

1. Open the guest app: hostlabs.in/stay on any phone, or the link in your booking confirmation.
2. Sign in with your phone: A one-time code is sent to the number on your booking. Bookings made elsewhere are found by their booking code.
3. That is it: Your stay opens. Everything you ask for reaches the homestay at once.
